The Undercity is one of Patriem’s great dark-dwelling cities, a lawful subterranean realm built beneath the southern mountains. Its population includes kobolds, goblins, and gnolls, who have carved out a structured civilization away from the surface world. To outsiders, the Undercity can seem dangerous or strange, but within its depths is a society with its own laws, customs, and internal order.
