The Divide is one of Patriem’s most important geographic features, raised by Mobier and remembered as a scar across the continent. It serves as a natural blockade between north and south for travelers, marked with danger of the many settlements of thieves and violent people living amongst the mountains. At its center is a gate, making the Divide not only a passage but a strategic and symbolic landmark in Patriem’s history.
